Cynthia Roden is Associate Director, Office of the CEO at Kinzie Capital Partners. In this role, she provides support to the office of the CEO including the creation of operational processes and management of strategic projects.

Prior to joining Kinzie, Cynthia served as Vice President, Investor Research at Preqin where she oversaw growth, strategy and operations for investor data. Before Preqin, Cynthia held a variety of management, operations and analytics roles at CNO Financial Group.

Cynthia earned her B.A. in Mathematical-Economics from Sweet Briar College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Outside of work, Cynthia can be found reading, playing tennis, watching documentaries and spending time with her dog, Kiki.
