Heather Santillan is the Manager of Office Operations & Engagement at Kinzie Capital Partners, where she oversees office operations, internal events, and provides direct support to the firm’s CEO.

Heather brings experience in administrative leadership, event coordination, and operations to Kinzie. Previously, she served as Director of Alumni Relations at St. Ignatius College Prep and worked in Trade Development and as a Key Account Manager at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. She has also been involved with The Honeycomb Project.

Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Loyola University Chicago.

Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, Randy, and their son, Enzo. She enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, cooking, puzzles, and watching soccer.
