Office Mural

In the heart of our office is the Kinzie mural. Completed with the help of all team members and their families, it features Kinzie’s core elements rooted above the handprints of its youngest contributors. This artwork connects what we do with who we are, and serves as a bright and bold example of our culture and people.

Internship Program

We host several MBA graduate students and undergraduate students throughout the year through our partnerships with The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Northwestern University. Kinzie interns receive an immersive experience in private equity, with direct access to senior management and the entire investment process. Along with a high-touch approach and professional mentorship, our interns have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the firm including social, volunteer and educational activities.

We have developed a supportive culture and dynamic experience with our internship program, and are proud to introduce each new class of interns to the Kinzie way.
