Michael Chang is an Assistant Controller at Kinzie Capital Partners, and is responsible for supporting fund reporting, tax, compliance, and management company operations.

Prior to joining the team, Michael was a Senior Associate at Thoma Bravo, overseeing reporting for fund entities and general partnerships. Before Toma Bravo, he was a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young in financial services.

Michael earned his B.B.A in Finance from Emory University and M.S. in Accounting from DePaul University. Michael is also a certified public accountant licensed in Illinois.

Michael enjoys watching sports, discovering new restaurants, visiting theme parks, and staying active.
