Michael Eisinger is a Principal and Member of the Investment Committee at Kinzie Capital Partners, where he is responsible for deal evaluation and execution, deal origination and portfolio company management.
Michael brings more than ten years of private equity experience to his role at Kinzie. Prior to joining the team, Michael was a Director at Parallel49 Equity where he served as a key member of the investment team and as a member and observer to several portfolio company Boards of Directors. Before Parallel49, he was a Senior Analyst on the investment team at Arbor Investments where he completed several acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations, and was involved in overseeing active portfolio company investments. Michael also spent time in the investment banking group at Stout, where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions.
Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors for Kinzie portfolio companies GT Golf and Chelsea Lighting, and as an Observer to the Board of Arctic Industries. Michael earned his B.A. in Financial Management and Economics from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, where he graduated summa cum laude. He received his M.B.A. with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating with high honors as an Amy and Richard F. Wallman Scholar.
Residing in the Northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife and two children, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exercising, outdoor activities and cooking.
