Ryan Moon is a Vice President at Kinzie Capital Partners, where he is responsible for transaction evaluation, execution, origination, and portfolio management. He brings over a decade of international investment banking and operating experience to his role at Kinzie.

Previously, Ryan was a Director at Perella Weinberg Partners in New York, where he advised companies, sponsors, and lenders on complex capital structure matters and restructuring. Prior to Perella Weinberg, Ryan worked at Goldman Sachs and Citi on M&A and capital markets transactions across the Consumer & Retail, Business Services, and Industrials sectors. Earlier in his career, Ryan served as Chief Financial Officer of a fintech start-up in Bangkok, Thailand, where he gained hands-on operating experience in an entrepreneurial environment.  He also completed two years of military service in South Korea.

Ryan earned his JD/MBA from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and the Kellogg School of Management, and his B.A. in Applied Statistics and B.B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, camping in America’s national parks, and attending sporting events.
