Chicago, IL, August 2, 2017 – Kinzie Capital Partners LLC (Kinzie) announced today that Nada Litwin has joined their team as Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Litwin brings over a decade of experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. She will manage all legal affairs and oversee general operating matters and investor relations at Kinzie.

Prior to joining Kinzie, Ms. Litwin was a Partner at Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll LLP in the Corporate, Securities and Investment Management Group where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity, venture capital, fund formation and contract negotiation. She began her career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in the Corporate and Securities group.
