Chicago, IL, September 12, 2017 – Chicago-based private equity firm, Kinzie Capital Partners LLC (Kinzie), is proud to announce the addition of two key team members. Kinzie welcomes Michael Sullivan as an Associate and Kaitlyn Li as a Senior Analyst of Finance and Operations.
Mr. Sullivan will be actively involved in identifying, evaluating and executing Kinzie’s investment opportunities and managing Kinzie’s portfolio investments. Mr. Sullivan comes to Kinzie with over a decade of experience in investment management, corporate finance, treasury and management consulting. Prior to joining Kinzie, Mr. Sullivan led his own consulting practice focused on operational process improvements and served as an Assistant Vice President of Finance at CNA Insurance. In addition, he spent time at Northern Trust, JP Morgan Chase & Co and Accenture. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and is currently completing his Master of Business Administration at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Sullivan is a CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Chicago.
As a Senior Analyst of Finance and Operations, Ms. Li is responsible for the firm’s finance and operations and provides support across Kinzie’s investment analysis and fund administration functions. Prior to joining Kinzie, Ms. Li was a member of the accounting and finance group at Baird & Warner, where she managed residential mortgage portfolios and financial reporting compliance. Ms. Li is a Certified Public Accountant holding a Bachelor of Science in in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Loyola University.
